The date mentioned here is my guesstimate (note the italic) based on the complete lack of PR thus far, not to mention the relatively early build they were showing at E3. I'd love for it to be out in early 2010, but that doesn't look to be in the cards. Especially not with StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty going live right around that time. Officially SupCom 2 is scheduled for ’2010′ (no specifics).
