It’s about damn time, but I’ve finally gotten around to publishing my first StarCraft 2 beta match commentary on YouTube! This means I can finally show you full 1080p footage of multiplayer gameplay for the most anticipated (real-time strategy) game of the year. In case you don’t yet know: StarCraft 2 is looking to be a worthy successor to the most popular RTS in gaming history, with a very successful beta period. There are still some issues left to be worked out, such as the Battle.net system, but that’s another story.
More importantly, we’re back on the vodcasts track! It’s a pre-recorded match that was played on the final day of beta and shows me playing as Terran against a similar level (Gold league) Zerg player on the decently sized 1 vs 1 map of Blistering Sands. The camera action doesn’t always correspond to my commentary, but I’ll try to work on that for the next few matches I’ve got lined up.
The video is split into two parts, which I’ve embedded below. However, you’ll probably want to watch these in full 1080p glory over on my YouTube channel. Anyway, check them out and let me know what you think!
